[Feature request] Auto recconect if data stops comming

When using IP connection over VPN, often Meshsens stops receiving data. I can't see any logs in Meshsense about TCP issue. The issue is resolved when I disconnect and reconnect.
If data does not arrive in specific time frame, connection should restart.

The main reason for this issue is unstable node. Heltec paper offten triggers watchdog reboot. When this happens, Meshsense quietly lose data connection.
