Review findings: 3 remote item heads back OPEN PRs #195/#196/#197 (stale-but-open, content landed via local receipted merges) — dispositioned close-with-rationale + head deletion, deferred to push authority, owner recorded; worktree count corrected to 37 with enumeration basis; merged-count phrasing fixed; {done:} dual-semantics documented.
