build(deps): bump watcher for Research Edition b5

Why

ActivityWatch/aw-watcher-window#142 has merged. The next Research Edition build must use the post-merge master SHA, not its pre-merge PR head, so the original Arc/Vivaldi/Windows Chromium aliases take the browser privacy path.

This is the final gitlink bump before Erik pushes the annotated v0.14.0b5-research tag at the bump commit. Tracking context: ErikBjare/bob#1108.

What changed

• bump aw-watcher-window from 14ecd58 to current upstream master a101165b0;
• include the one merged commit from fix(research): recognize original browser aliases aw-watcher-window#142.

Verification

• GitHub compare reports exactly one watcher commit and no divergence: 14ecd58...a101165 is ahead by 1;
• all five checks on a101165b0 pass (Linux, Windows, macOS, mypy, CodeQL);
• the activitywatch diff contains only the aw-watcher-window gitlink.
