Optional Git

• Allow init and upgrade to continue with a warning when Git is unavailable, skipping Git-specific steps.
• Fail early with actionable guidance for join and Git-backed delta workflows, before prompts or filesystem changes.
• Keep delta builds using supplied file lists independent of Git.

Bundled-runtime compatibility

• Use the current Node executable and active mcdev package for recursive commands instead of resolving another installation from PATH.
• Provide extension-specific guidance for bundled-runtime version mismatches.
• Resolve the canonical SFMC formatter plugin from the active package while preserving project formatting options and other plugins.

SFMC scope compatibility

• Update sfmc-sdk to 4.0.2.
• Fix the authentication blocker caused by newly introduced SFMC scopes being rejected by the SDK’s historical scope catalog.
• This accepts unfamiliar scopes; it does not grant missing permissions.
