Adds Windows CI for Go launcher tests,
go vet, and PowerShell parse checks on pushes and pull requests. The reusable syntax checker parses packaging scripts without executing them; checks do not download or redistribute Firefox or uBlock Origin.Validation: launcher tests and
go vetpassed locally with Go 1.26.9 on Windows. All 11 PowerShell scripts passed syntax checks, and an invalid-script fixture was correctly rejected.git diff --checkpassed.Closes #6.
