Pin all three actions to full commit SHAs.

These mutable tags can resolve to different action code on a later PR run. Pin each action to a verified, full-length commit SHA. GitHub identifies full-length SHA pinning as the immutable action reference. (docs.github.com)

Based on learnings: β€œreference third-party actions by pinning to a full commit SHA … rather than a mutable tag or branch.”

Also applies to: 25-25, 52-52

zizmor (1.30.1)

[error] 20-20: unpinned action reference (unpinned-uses): action is not pinned to a hash (required by blanket policy)

Review comment at @.github/workflows/frontend.yml at line 20:
Update all three action references, including actions/checkout@v4, to verified,
full-length commit SHA pins instead of mutable tags; keep each action’s existing
behavior unchanged.

# OpenVerifiableLLM Frontend (Site v3)

Static single-page project site for OpenVerifiableLLM, presenting real bit-for-bit training verification evidence from Hugging Face revision `96dc282a`.

## Overview

- **Single-page navigation**: Evidence-first landing page with section anchors (`#check`, `#verification`, `#timeline`, `#exclusion`, `#downloads`).
- **Real evidence data**: Pinned Hugging Face dataset `AOSSIE/openverifiable-enwiki-20260901-20260918-r1-evidence` at revision `96dc282a`.
- **Prebuild validation**: `npm run build` runs `prebuild` (`npm run validate`), failing closed if any data contract or hash link is violated.
- **Accessible design**: WCAG 2.2 AA compliant, zero axe violations across themes (dark default, light opt-in) and viewports.

Minor Β· Functional Correctness Β· Quick win

Correct the documented default theme.

The README says dark is the default. Header.initialTheme() defaults to light when no theme is stored, so a first-time visitor sees light. Change the description to β€œlight default, dark opt-in.” (raw.githubusercontent.com)

Review comment at @frontend/README.md at line 10:
Update the Accessible design description in the README to say β€œlight default,
dark opt-in,” matching the initial theme behavior of Header.initialTheme().

- **Offline bundle**: System fonts only (no web fonts), embedded SVG brand assets, and zero runtime external CDN dependencies.
