EUPL: Adjust disclaimer for photosensitive epilepsy warning (closes #236) (#296)
* EUPL: Adjust disclaimer for photosensitive epilepsy warning (closes #236) Updated the disclaimer to reflect EUPL license terms, and improved formatting. * Revert re-wording, just replace MIT with EUPL legal mambo-jambo * disclaimer: jusr reference EUPL, don't rephrase Updated liability statement.
