Subject: [PATCH] Home page: a title and description that say what OpenREPL is,
 and the two share tags that were missing

The title and description of the home page are what a browser tab, a search
result and a share card (WhatsApp, LinkedIn, X) show. og:site_name and
twitter:card are added; the card is the small one because the image is the
square logo.
