Since [Reference LAPACK](https://github.com/Reference-LAPACK/lapack/pull/887) has introduced the same functionality as `gemmt` but renamed it to `gemmtr`, we propose that we align with the new name. The proposed changes are in [PR #667](https://github.com/uxlfoundation/oneAPI-spec/pull/667).
