Better language selector

The current language selector doesn't offer many configuration options. Here are some possible improvements:

• Player heads as flags (in addition to banners)
• Open on join
• Open on the first join
• Follow the order on config
• Show translation percentage of that specific language
• Allow customization of the lore
• Maybe allow setting the row amount and where each item is
