Subject: [PATCH] docs(profile): cold-eval links for where-logic +
 print-support pack

Add Required reading entries for the where-business-logic Q&A/blog and
the print-support domain pack Q&A/blog (living pack; no print.* published
yet). Fold start-here into the footer links. Keep weekly-demos private
and package pins at 0.14.0.
