Removed the groupings on Bowling Greens, Other Sports Facility and Tennis Courts as a general Sports group and Religious Grounds and Cemeteries so that they all appear as separate objects. This created an additional 5 groups to be coloured and require legend items, so I have also taken the opportunity to choose a colour-blindness-accessible palette (Credit: Paul Tol).
