From 1356f3b51afa0c39d9c614cb314f6b3ad7cf9b4a Mon Sep 17 00:00:00 2001 From: Claude Date: Thu, 24 Sep 2026 12:30:17 +0000 Subject: [PATCH 1/3] fix: restore FMA tolerance in `stats/base/dists/triangular/stdev` native tests The migration to ULP-based assertions collapsed the native test tolerance from `32000.0 * EPS * abs( expected )` to 0 ULPs, dropping the accompanying note explaining that the large tolerance is required because the underlying C kernel contracts multiply-add sequences into FMA instructions. Across the Julia fixtures, the previous tolerance spans 32001-63933 ULPs, so the native test would fail on any build compiled without `-ffp-contract=off`.
