ci: remove pr-auditor workflow
The org retired PR auditor in Nov 2025 (sourcegraph/sourcegraph#7809,
sourcegraph/docs#1454) and the shared PR_AUDITOR_TOKEN no longer
authenticates, so check-pr fails on every PR with 'Bad credentials'
while cloning sourcegraph/devx-service.1 parent fe96988 commit 2a6eda0
