mv fails silently

[vasyop]

1. be on windows (10)
2. run shx mv dist/source/* dist/dest
3. apparently works
4. actually, some dirs inside dist/source were not moved because of a random npm ERR! Error: EPERM: operation not permitted, rename that was swallowed by this try catch

expected: shx/shelljs should report the error
