[Enhancement] Add Genre / Format to Auto-Organize variables

Thank you for your excellent tool. It has made my MAM experience much better.

The only feature missing for my workflow is support for genre and format variables in the auto-organize path options.

My current directory structure is:

\downloads\AudioBook\Genre\Author\Title
\downloads\Ebook\Genre\Author\Title

Having variables for genre and format would make it much easier to match my existing organization setup.
