Hi Schäfer, I am trying to plot his percentile depth dose curve using topasgraphsim and I have a file physicalDose recorded by TOPAS scorer here. When I open this file, nothing has changed in the GUI. I wonder why? Is it because the file format is wrong? What format should I use if this is the case? I will attach my result file. Hi Yuri! Taking a look at your file, it appears you did not score a binned dose, and instead just have a single value for your component. To use TGS, you need to provide 1D-binned data to visualize. Best, Sebastian |

Hi Sebastian, Thank you for your reply. I have other files here, and this one is divided into bins.Yet this, too, does not seem to show results. Do I need to process files generated by TOPAS? For example, delete a piece of data and keep only the part I need. If so, there are some files (such as binary files) that I don't know how to open and edit, which is a problem for me.
