Deciding which papers to be included in the publications page will be a challenge. Need to decide a suitable approach for this.

Hi, I’m Aman. I’m interested in contributing and preparing for GSoC.
I would like to help structure the Publications page. I can suggest a method to decide which papers should be included and create an initial layout for the page if needed. Can I start working on this issue?

Hi, I believe this issue is conceptually similar to the History page task, in the sense that it involves structuring and curating existing information rather than only UI changes.

To address the concern about deciding which papers to include, I’d suggest a simple and maintainable approach:

• Maintain a structured data source (e.g. Markdown or JSON) for publications
• Organize papers by year
• For each paper include: title, authors, venue, year, and an external link (PDF / DOI)
• Optionally tag papers by associated project or research area

This would make the selection criteria explicit and allow future updates without modifying page logic.
If this approach sounds reasonable, I’d be happy to draft an initial structure and sample content for review before proceeding further.
