Porting numpy array's Split and Merge functions to SciJs?

Hi

Does anything like numpy array's Split and Merge functions exist in SciJs? Otherwise, could you please give me some pointers on how to port them?

It seems like maybe split would be a loop that creates slices with .lo and .hi maybe? Merge might just require a bit more manual work to use ndarray-ops to assign ndarrays into slices of the destination.

I created a couple modules like ndarray-concat-rows, ndarray-concat-cols, and ndarray-tile with similar goals. They might help or might be a reasonable template for creating merge and split.

At any rate, don't hesitate ask about good ways to do things or ask other questions you might have!
