Error adding `size_of` and `size_of_val` and `align_of` and `align_of_val` to the common prelude

Since #123168 , All prelude of nightly channel will export size_of and size_of_val and align_of and align_of_val . This clearly leads to issues with the repeat build of code developed on nightly.
