Project update, old arch, and Mapbox v10 deprecation

v10.2 is coming soon!

• defaults to mapbox v11
• v10 and old architecture still available, but now show deprecation warnings

v10.3(TBD) will fully remove support for both v10 and the old arch

It's time to start 1.3.0.
It'll only support v11 and new arch, making maintenance much more simpler, see #4118
