Consider asking user to create a password when auto-creating a wallet the first time

Currently this implementation does not ask the user for a password if a wallet is auto-created running wallet address. I think it should, posing as an issue rather than a PR because I am not sure if this is for a particular reason

Problem with this is I want the UI to not be interactive unless it must be because I want AI agents to use this and they don't do well with interactive sessions. Could get around this if we defaulted to asking for a password unless --wallet-password or the environment variable WALLET_PASSWORD are provided but then we need to update all the examples.

Another option might be to prompt a y/n response and the default is just N so users see it but agents can just skip it
