Hello, and thanks for developing these projects!

I work for an organisation that is adopting Bazel, and this/rules_erlang is one of the solutions we are considering for building our Elixir services.

I've noticed that Bazel support is being removed from most of your OSS repos, with the descriptions hinting that you're moving away from using Bazel in general:

• Remove Bazel files rabbitmq-server#13514
• Remove Bazel lz4-erlang#124
• Remove Bazel-related files seshat#14
• Remove Bazel-related files osiris#181

With this being the case:

• Should we expect any updates/improvements to this repo/rules_erlang, or should these projects be considered archived/deprecated?
• Are you able to share any particularly difficult/troublesome experiences from building these rulesets? Was there any particular issue that motivated you to remove Bazel from your build process?

Hoping getting some info here may help us discover any particularly difficult issues earlier in our journey!
