adreno: Update to 1.855.4

Update qcom-adreno version from 1.855.3 to 1.855.4

CHANGES for 1.855.4:
* Address compiler issue affecting shaders that pass uniform structs through
  function arguments.
* Update texture handling to use glEGLImageTargetTexStorageEXT improving
  stability and ensuring future compatibility with the compositor.
