4-2_clip.ipynb FileNotFoundError

When I tried to recurrent the code in 4-2 clip.ipynb
I found an issue FileNotFoundError from 画像とテキストのペアの構築
We need to add

skimage.data.download_all()

after import library in 画像とテキストのペアの構築 to solve this issue
