Subject: [PATCH] Footer 0.3.0: newsletter subscribe form in the baked footer

The baked @profullstack/footer copy on the homepage was 0.2.6, which has no newsletter form. Re-rendered it with @profullstack/footer 0.3.0 (footerHtmlSync, bundled template) from the wrapper's own data-* attributes, so it now carries form.pfs-footer__sub posting to https://pit.world/subscribe. The CSP had form-action 'self', which would block that post, so form-action now also allows https://pit.world. Webring row, built.indie and pwamart badges unchanged; no ad units.
