I sometimes get the following error:

ERROR: transport error 202: bind failed: Permission denied
ERROR: JDWP Transport dt_socket failed to initialize, TRANSPORT_INIT(510)
JDWP exit error AGENT_ERROR_TRANSPORT_INIT(197): No transports initialized [s\src\jdk.jdwp.agent\share\native\libjdwp\debugInit.c:734]

Steps to reproduce this

1. It happens occasionally, so I can't reproduce.

2. Launch a sketch repeatedly, and it may eventually show up.

This is a simple solution to address this:

There is some clutter in my repository from experimenting, and that needs to be cleaned up.
New to using GitHub Desktop and working with a cloned repository, and it is a learning curve.

This was done out of necessity as I was getting these more frequently.
Only tested with Windows 10.

I have other solutions that work as well:

• Adding to preferences.txt.
• Assigning a random port and checking availability before using.

I went with KISS (Keep It Short and Simple) for now.
