Allow for precice/elastictube1d to trigger systemtests

Currently, there is no functionality in trigger_systemtests.py to let the elastictube repository launch tests.

Note that this also requires us to integrate the elastictube repository into TravisCI (or its successor, see #253), as there is no such implementation yet.
