Have the ability to delete all vectors in index without deleting index

Describe the feature

Before Canopy, we could use deleteAll to delete everything in an index and start from scratch, by deleting all its vectors. Now, we have to delete the entire index and have the knowledge base recreate a new index each time.

Who will this benefit?

For instance, if I want to reuse an existing index for chat with data applications, and want to replace the data in an exiting index and existing namespace, this is not possible.
