Excluding site content from the built-in search results #89
|
I use includes (.. include::) to reuse content and store the restructured text in a separate /includes folder. Once built, the content from the include is added to the respective HTML page, and also included in a /includes folder as html. When I search on a specific keyword, if it's in the /includes folder, it shows up in the search results. This makes the results erroneous when clicked. Is it possible to exclude folders from the search scope? I've tried deleting the built /includes folder but the search results still appear. Thanks upfront for any help you could provide. |

Maybe you can try putting https://www.sphinx-doc.org/en/master/usage/restructuredtext/field-lists.html#special-metadata-fields |
