Replit to be removed throughout book: RST & PRETEXT

Any Replit code to be removed throughout the book

The pretext book does not contain any Replit blocks of code. However, Dr Jan has requested we at least look :)
The RST version of the book contains some instances of Replit being used. Specific examples I believe to be included are in the output section/file handling, but I am uncertain of any other areas.

Agreed! Replace by use of stdin in both rst and ptx versions.

This is what the replit looks like in RST It looks to be a simple embedded link? Can you further explain what you mean by replacing it with stdin, as to my understanding, stdin is a subtag program for input. Would you like us to replace it with an empty program or rewrite every program?
