aio raises aiormq.exceptions.ChannelNotFoundEntity when accessing a topic on RabbitMQ

This particular issue came up when I deployed to AmazonMQ with RabbitMQ (broker engine version 3.11.16) and taskiq would throw aiormq.exceptions.ChannelNotFoundEntity when accessing the topic. I was using aio-pika version 9.3.0:

aiormq.exceptions.ChannelNotFoundEntity: NOT_FOUND - no exchange 'taskiq' in vhost '/'

from what I can tell the taskiq topic should be automatically created, and post investigation of a various things, I decided to upgrade aio-pika to v9.4.0.

@mosquito's release notes suggests that aiormq was upgraded to 6.8.0. Either ways upgrading to 9.4.0 resolves this issue.

I am mostly leaving this here as a note in case it ends up saving someone half a day 😆
