Python Library path drop down does not work

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Install Python from Package Manager
2. Go to Settings - Python
3. Add some paths from the 3 dots
4. Use the drop down

Actual behavior
Drop down is not displayed

Expected behavior
Drop down should be displayed
