Python installation warning displayed on KS8400 launch

KS8400 v9.27.1
Win 11 x64
Python 3.13

Describe the bug
A Python installation warning is displayed when launching KS8400

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Install KS8400
2. Open Package Manager
3. Install Python Examples
4. Make sure the Python package dependency is also installed along with Python Examples
5. Relaunch KS8400
6. Check the logs

Actual behavior
A warning is displayed: 12:30:58.095 Python No Python installations found.

This issue can also be reproduced in KS8500 after adding the Python component settings and create a new test plan - related issue - https://github.com/opentap/runner/issues/1117

Python 3.13 is installed for all users & added to PATH

Python Examples & Python packages are installed via PackageManager

This is not a bug. That version of the plugin does not support Python 3.13. The 3.2 RC should work though.

I still get this warning with Python 3.2.0-rc.3 & Python Examples 3.2.0-rc.3 and Python 3.13.5

@rmadsen-ks is it possible to update the plugin so it supports the newest Python version or is that not straight forward?

3.2 supports Python 3.13

@rmadsen-ks - The warning is still displayed on Windows 10 x64 in KS8400 v9.28.0 with Python v3.2.0-rc.5 and Python 3.13.0 installed
