Share the PDF under "Current typeset files" with typesetters (files not uploaded by them)

We have a workflow where we only need the XML from the typesetters. The PDF is already the version of record and approved for publication, so it is already deposited under the current typeset files.

Problem: When we start a typesetting or corrections round, the typesetters cannot see the files that were not uploaded by them under "Current typeset files". Another copy of the PDF must be uploaded at the "files for typesetting".

Solution: Share the PDF under "Current typeset files" with the typesetter even if not selected, but don't let them replace the file
