test: skip Microsoft Store bash alias on Windows

The Microsoft Store bash.exe is an app execution alias that cannot be
stat'ed or symlinked, causing EACCES on GitHub Actions Windows runners.
Skip it when iterating over the shells returned by `where bash`.
