W-16302542 API Analytics EOL banner for API Manager (#572)

* Changes to custom API Analytics EOL banner for API Manager:
Updated wording "Contact your MuleSoft account representative" to include "account"
Added line breaks for readability in source, output remains on a single line, of course
Removed "target" property from link, as it is not needed, also for readability
