The above license applies to the contents of all directories other than deps/.
The contents of the deps/ directory contain third-party dependencies which
provided under different licenses. These dependencies and their associated
licenses are as follows

    . MessagePack C library, located in deps/msgpack/.

        Vendored from msgpack-c c-7.0.2
        (https://github.com/msgpack/msgpack-c), licensed under the Boost
        Software License 1.0. The full text as shipped upstream is in
        deps/msgpack/LICENSE, and the per-file headers in deps/msgpack/
        carry the same Boost notice.

        On the license history, since older copies of these sources carry
        Apache-2.0 headers: msgpack-c was licensed under Apache License 2.0
        through the 1.2.x series and relicensed to the Boost Software
        License 1.0 in release 1.3.0 (2015-11-21). Boost is therefore the
        correct license for the c-7.0.2 files vendored here, and the Apache
        text must not be reapplied to them.
