After multiple windows are opened, if you hover the cursor over the icon in the upper left corner of an inactive window, the hover information is displayed in an incorrect position.

Thanks for creating this issue! It looks like you may be using an old version of VS Code; the latest stable release is 1.115.0. Please try upgrading to the latest version and checking whether this issue remains.

@bryanchen-d - I was assigned this as part of the release TPI, and so far as I can tell via poking around the app, it's been fixed. However, it's not 100% clear to me visiually where I was supposed to be looking for the original defect.
