Subject: [PATCH] Update symbol mappings for recent agent APIs

Add assessed mappings for recent AgentMode disable/notification controls and compaction-backed in-memory history reducer trigger counterparts. Also correct the stale TodoCompletionLoopEvaluator note that still referenced the old ModeForSession accessor.
