From 8ff308ebf7d6c13691e338435ff5bfb1afed62df Mon Sep 17 00:00:00 2001 From: Kyle Sexton <153232337+kyle-sexton@users.noreply.github.com> Date: Thu, 29 Oct 2026 21:02:21 -0400 Subject: [PATCH 1/2] fix(review): hold critical-security only for leaks, compromise or billing The security review lane now rates CRITICAL only a path to a leak (a token, secret or signing key exposed, or a token's scope grown), a compromise of the owner's accounts or machines, or a charge. A marked "Owner threat model: throughput phase" section makes weakening a merge, path, trust-path, person-approval or bot-author hold, or a pin ceremony, no finding, and reads the owner decision from the tracked loop-lane record. Deleting that section restores the hardened criteria. The loop-lane contract quotes section 10 of the owner's standing direction (2026-10-29). Three eval cases cover a path-hold removal, a token scope widening and a billable runner.
