Correction to description of Relationship "note" field (#1864)

Update Relationship.md

According to the documentation of "Set private note on profile" https://docs.joinmastodon.org/entities/Relationship/#note , the note field on Relationship contains the private comment the authenticated user has saved for this account, not the account's public bio.
