PaloAltoNetworks/docusaurus-openapi-docs has had its Validate workflow (format, lint, Cypress) failing on main since July 2026. Step 5 says run every gate and treat one you did not run as red; a gate that is red upstream cannot go green on any pull request, and the body should say so instead of the agent chasing it. housebroken policy (or a new housebroken ci) should list the default branch's latest workflow runs with their conclusions, so a red-on-main check is known before the branch exists.
