Search parameter on on http link

Please add an augment to the http line as parameter
passing to include search capabilty to select nodes/links to display.

New syntax:
https://arednmap.xojs.org#ai7*+w7tg
or
https://arednmap.xoes.org/data/out.csv#AI7OH

Each should be interpreted to present a sub-set of the Areden nodes/links
to view, or send to the node table csv. Wild card "*" match and case insensitve
choices should be allowed.
