fix: add reorg button to sidebar drill panel + fix grid view icon

Add grip-vertical reorg toggle button to the sidebar drill panel header
for owners, enabling entity reordering within categories. Button delegates
to existing sidebar-reorg-toggle JS handler.

Replace fa-grid-2 (Font Awesome Pro only) with fa-table-cells (free) in
entity list and category dashboard view mode toggles so the grid icon
renders instead of showing blank.
