I'm going to keep an eye on this to try and find a pattern, but after the job said it was done there were a handful of files missing. When I then ran glass watch, I went through the missing files and hit save on them, and they uploaded without a hitch. The ones I noticed were some background images in the CSS files, and templates/base.html. I've got it all uploaded correctly now so I doubt I can recreate this again until I start a new project. But my hunch is that it went partially through a folder and stopped. I'm not sure what the trigger is.
