This will require getting the halfspaces of the IPS. How do we handle it? Polyhedra.jl will introduce circular dependency as you said before. We can implement LP based tests for facet enumeration (assuming the number of objectives will be small). The author of the paper (Koenen et al) uses qhull.

Circular dependencies are okay. We could do it as a package extension so that the method loads only if people explicitly install polyhedra.

We can also decide not to implement this.
