add outline support

Should support folder based hierarchies
Need outline-oriented model format, so need to clarify current document-oriented model format first
This will also work nicely for logs, not just opml-like texts

outline schemas

• vs document with structured header
• like referenced model field key
• multiple models in order, with nested field data
  • script outline, has scenes, scenes have act dialogue intended emotion
  • the order of the scenes is like an order field in an individual document, because it's in the "position" attribute of the scene sublist
  • scene model: act, dialogue, intended emotion --- script, weight
  • script: name (order of scenes? or only based on their weight, and using a complex field?)
• scene outline model
  • first level scenes, order making up weight field?
• it seems to come down to a reference field having (so far, implicit) structure.. by order only?
