Uploading files fails "File not found": Onedrive / Cryptomator

Describe the bug
Whenever I try to upload a file into my Cryptomator vault on Onedrive I receive the error message "File not found (OneDrive)".

I've already tried to reboot the computer as well as Cyberduck. I've tried it with several types of files.

Using the Cryptomator app to upload the same file on my phone works just fine.

• OS: macOS 26.4
• Version Cyberduck 9.4.1

I'm getting the same error with a Cryptomator vault on Google Drive. I can browse the vault alright, but uploading / downloading files triggers an error

File not found (Google Drive)
/My Drive/PrivateVault/private. Please contact your web hosting service provider for assistance.

Version: Cyberduck 9.4.1

Just to add a reference point: I downgrade to Cyberduck 9.2.4 on the same MacOS, upload/download start working again.

Same error when connecting to a remote server using SFTP.

Seems to be independent of the protocol used?
