Well i did not have a schedule to run scripts, but i had scripts that i run frequently and also i have an example of running scripts to over 200 clients so maybe the load was coming from that point on. When you sent the first reply I restored from backup and now it works fine i do not have the load i had in my disk.

This is a bug; check issue #769.
The only workaround I’ve found is to avoid using both Run Script and Script Schedules.
To fix the high load, flush the DeviceScriptRun table and set RunOnNextConnect=0 for every script in the ScriptRuns table.

Just wanted to chime in here real quick to let you know that I'll be re-implementing scripting capabilities into my current project, ControlR. I'll be addressing the performance issues that are present in Remotely. Feedback and suggestions are most welcome! Here's the issue: bitbound/ControlR#80.
